Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing your order with Amna Collection.

Order Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided production has not yet started. To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp: 03195227364.

Custom/Made-to-Order Items

Custom and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started. Since every outfit at Amna Collection is crafted specifically for you — including stitching, embellishments, and fabric cutting — cancellation after production begins is not possible. The advance payment will be forfeited in such cases.

When You Can Cancel

Within 12 hours of placing the order, before production starts
If Amna Collection is unable to deliver within the agreed timeline
If the item you ordered is out of stock or no longer available

When You Cannot Cancel

After production has started on your custom order
After full payment has been made and dispatch is arranged
After the order has been shipped

Advance Payment on Cancellation

If cancelled before production: full advance refund will be processed
If cancelled after production starts: advance payment is non-refundable
