Payment Policy

At Amna Collection, we follow a transparent and secure payment process to protect both our customers and our business. Please read carefully before placing your order.

Payment Structure

We operate on a 50% Advance + 50% Before Dispatch payment model:

  1. Step 1 – 50% Advance Payment: To confirm your order, you must pay 50% of the total order value upfront. Your order will only enter production after the advance is received and verified.
  2. Step 2 – Final Product Approval: Before requesting the remaining balance, we will share final product photos and/or videos with you for your review and approval.
  3. Step 3 – 50% Balance Payment: Once you approve the product, you pay the remaining 50% balance.
  4. Step 4 – Dispatch: Your order is dispatched only after full payment is confirmed.

Important Notes

  • No order will be dispatched without full payment clearance
  • Advance payments are non-refundable once production has started
