At Amna Collection, we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered in the following cases:

You received a wrong item and an exchange is not possible
The item has a confirmed manufacturing defect and cannot be repaired or replaced
Amna Collection is unable to fulfill your confirmed order

Non-Refundable Situations

Change of mind after payment
Size dissatisfaction if correct size was delivered
Slight colour variations due to screen display
Custom/made-to-order items once production has started
Orders not reported within 24 hours of delivery

Advance Payment Note

As per our payment policy, a 50% advance is required to confirm your order. This advance is non-refundable once production begins, as the order goes into custom manufacturing immediately upon confirmation.

Refund Process

Submit your refund request within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as evidence
Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days
Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 5–7 working days
