At Amna Collection, we take great care to ensure every order meets our quality standards. Please read this policy before placing your order.
When Returns & Exchanges Are Accepted
We only accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:
- You received the wrong item (wrong design, colour, or size different from what was ordered)
- The item arrived physically damaged or defective
- The item has a manufacturing defect
When Returns Are NOT Accepted
- Size issues if the correct size was shipped as per your order
- Change of mind after dispatch
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Custom/made-to-order items once production has started
- Colour slight variation due to screen display differences
How to Report an Issue
If you believe you have received a wrong, damaged, or defective item:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Send clear photos and/or videos of the issue to our WhatsApp: 03195227364
- Our team will review your claim within 1–2 business days
- If approved, we will arrange exchange or resolution
Important Notes
- Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained
- All return/exchange requests must include clear visual evidence (photos/videos)
- Shipping costs for approved returns/exchanges will be covered by Amna Collection
