Return & Exchange Policy

At Amna Collection, we take great care to ensure every order meets our quality standards. Please read this policy before placing your order.

When Returns & Exchanges Are Accepted

We only accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong item (wrong design, colour, or size different from what was ordered)
  • The item arrived physically damaged or defective
  • The item has a manufacturing defect

When Returns Are NOT Accepted

  • Size issues if the correct size was shipped as per your order
  • Change of mind after dispatch
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Custom/made-to-order items once production has started
  • Colour slight variation due to screen display differences

How to Report an Issue

If you believe you have received a wrong, damaged, or defective item:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Send clear photos and/or videos of the issue to our WhatsApp: 03195227364
  3. Our team will review your claim within 1–2 business days
  4. If approved, we will arrange exchange or resolution

Important Notes

  • Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained
  • All return/exchange requests must include clear visual evidence (photos/videos)
  • Shipping costs for approved returns/exchanges will be covered by Amna Collection
