Order Processing Time

All orders at Amna Collection are custom/made-to-order. Once your order is confirmed and advance payment is received, your order goes into production. Standard processing time is 7–14 working days depending on the complexity of the outfit and fabric availability.

Dispatch Policy

• Orders are dispatched only after full payment is received and verified.
• Before receiving the final balance payment, we will share final product photos/videos with you for approval.
• Once you approve and the remaining payment is cleared, your order will be dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship across Pakistan via trusted courier partners including TCS, Leopards, and BlueEx.

Delivery Timeframes

• Rawalpindi/Islamabad: 1–2 working days after dispatch
• Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, etc.): 2–4 working days after dispatch
• Remote Areas: 4–7 working days after dispatch

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or extreme weather conditions.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and order weight. Charges will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
