Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Amna Collection, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

These terms apply to all orders placed through our website (amnacollection.com), WhatsApp, or any other channel. Amna Collection reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Orders

  • All orders are custom/made-to-order and go into production only after advance payment is confirmed.
  • Order confirmation is only valid after receipt of 50% advance payment.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of fraud, misrepresentation, or unavailability of materials.

3. Payment Terms

  • A 50% advance is required to confirm your order.
  • The remaining 50% balance must be paid before dispatch.
  • Final product photos/videos will be shared with you before the balance payment is requested.
  • Dispatch happens only after full payment verification.
  • Payment is accepted via bank transfer to Allied Bank Limited (Account: FAKAR ALI, Account No: 0010093084880015, IBAN: PK79ABPA0010093084880015).

4. Custom/Made-to-Order Items

All our products are crafted to order. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled and advance payments are non-refundable.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are only accepted for wrong, damaged, or defective items reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic/video evidence. No return or exchange will be accepted for size issues if the correct size was shipped.

6. Shipping

Estimated delivery timelines are provided as a guide only. Amna Collection is not responsible for courier delays beyond our control.

7. Product Images

Slight colour variations may occur between product photos and the actual item due to screen display settings. This does not qualify as a defect.

8. Liability

Amna Collection is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or delays in delivery.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved under Pakistani jurisdiction.
